Policies & Etiquette
Appointments & Reservations:
We strongly recommend that you schedule appointments, prior to your arrival at the Spa. Reservations are subject to availability.
A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
Arrivals:
We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow you ample time to sign in, & fill in client information form to allow your treatment to be tailored to your needs.
Late Arrivals:
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the other client’s sessions can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible, however with some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule you
Scheduling Policy:
We require a 30% deposit for ALL appointments. That includes over the phone as well as online. We will try our best to give you a courtesy call at least 24 hours in advance. Please be advised if we can not reach you and/or card is declined due to no funds available your appointment will be canceled.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand emergencies happen, but your reserved appointment time is exclusively for you. Please acknowledge & respect our cancellation policy, keeping in mind that "no-shows" or last minute cancellations leave us with empty treatment times & other clients, who could not get in, at an inconvenience.....Remember, Your Time is reserved especially for you.
*A 50% deposit is required to hold ALL appointments*
If you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request a 24 hour notice.
*Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of services reserved.
*Same day cancellations, same day rescheduling 50% charge & No shows will result in a charge of 100% of services reserved.
As a courtesy, we do call/send text/email to confirm the date and time 24 hours prior to your appointment. If we are unable to reach you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointment if you are unsure.
Gift Certificates:
Please note when booking with a gift certificate please call to schedule. If you schedule online you will be prompted to give a deposit. You make keep the deposit on file until next visit. But, if a refund is given due to booking online a 3.99% fee will be taken from deposit.
Choosing your treatment or service:
Not sure what to pick? We will be happy to help you plan the perfect Skin and Body experience based on your specific needs.
Shaving & Showering:
Please note we do not have a shower facility so please be sure to shower before you arrive to receive your skin treatments, facials, &/or hair removal services. This will ensure a comfortable experience for both you and your skin specialist.
Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation treatments or hair removal services
Payment Options:
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
Gratuities:
Gratuity is not expected but is very much appreciated. If you wish to leave one, please leave in cash preferably. Gratuities are at your discretion and are not included in any service or package.
Cell phones:
If you can refrain from calls during your service, this will allow for your service to be performed more efficiently. We like to keep the spa cell-phone free zones, kindly take your calls outside to avoid disrupting other clients and for your better reception.
Kids:
We understand the necessity to bring the kiddies. It is best to leave your child at home this will allow for your service to be performed more efficiently.
